What actually gets removed from my data before it's sold?
Anything that identifies a real person. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and similar personal or sensitive details are found and masked using a mix of automated scanning and AI review, then checked against outside standards to make sure nothing slips through.
Where does my data go while it's being processed?
Every job runs in a separate, temporary system that gets wiped clean the moment the job finishes. Nothing is stored, no passwords or credentials are kept, and no trace of your data remains once processing is done.
Who can actually see my data?
Once cleaned, your data sits in a locked, encrypted storage system. Only a small number of authorized Springbolt staff and the specific partner buying that dataset can access it. No one else has a way in.
Is this actually secure, or is that just marketing talk?
We're independently certified under SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3, third party audits that verify our security practices meet strict industry standards. Every dataset is also handled under a signed agreement stating exactly what it can be used for: AI model training, nothing else. Full audit reports are available under NDA if you want to review them.
Do I have to connect everything?
No, and it's not complicated. Connecting a source works the same way it does when you link Google to Zapier, or connect an app to your email, a quick sign-in that gives permission to pull data, nothing more. You choose which tools to connect, more tools generally means more payout, but it's entirely your call.
